Due to our continuing growth, in 1998 R & S Corporation moved to a new Office and Manufacturing Facility located in Addis, Louisiana. Our new facility consists of a 6,000 SF office area, including a Display/Training Room in addition to a 30,000 SF Manufacturing area, all located on 5 acres.

With the specialization and new innovations within the Prison Equipment Industry, R & S offers specification and design assistance to owners and architects throughout the United States.  We offer designs and specifications that set "performance standards" for all the detention equipment required on a project. Our specifications are written to allow competitive bids, but it does stipulate the quality of the materials and installation, thus assuring the owner a quality project.

When designing a facility the selection of a Detention Equipment Contractor is the most important decision an Owner or Architect will make. Our philosophy is to develop a long term relationship with the owner of the facility. Design and construction is vital to obtaining a quality facility, but service after the completion allows the owner to maintain a fully operational and secure facility. At R & S Corporation, we strive to provide prompt response to any and all service calls.

To assure a quality project, R & S Corporation introduced the R & S Sliding Door Locking System. Our goal was to provide a quality sliding door that is reliable, but still offers maximum security for the using agency. To date we have approximately 2,000 sliding doors in use with minimal maintenance required. R & S maintains a full inventory of spare parts for our sliders and offer same day shipment.
