Custom Metal Fabrication

We offer custom fabrication in mild steel or stainless steel to meet your requirements. Send us a sketch, picture, or sample and we will provide a detailed drawing for your approval prior to fabrication. We have the ability to bend a 1/4" steel plate up to 15'-0" long. We also can punch holes up to 1-1/2" in a 1" steel plate.

Installations

In order to assure a quality project, R & S maintains its own Installation Crews for total control over the installation of our detention equipment. R&S workers are highly skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of the detention equipment we install on a project.

Facilities have the option of Furnish and Install or Furnish Only when ordering parts or materials.

Service Calls

If there is a problem at your facility, don't hesitate to call us. We will try to walk you through the problem over the phone, saving you time and money. If the problem is unable to be repaired via the phone, an R & S employee will be at your facility as soon as possible to repair whatever problem you have.

Specification Writing

R & S offers Specification and Design Assistance to Owners and Architects throughout the United States due to the specialization and continuous new innovations within the Prison Equipment Industry.   Our designs and specifications set Performance Standards for all the detention equipment required on a project. Our specifications are written to allow competitive bids, but it does stipulate the quality of the materials and installation, thus assuring the owner a quality project.
